FINANCIAL CONVENIENCE – WIDE RANGE OF PROJECTS – PAYMENT 10/40/50
The payment is divided into three stages and applies to projects set for completion in 2026. The detailed schedule:
10% - within 14 days of signing the developer’s/preliminary agreement
40% - by 31st December 2025
50% - upon completion of construction

The "A Good Start with ATAL" programme is available until 30th June 2025 or until the allocated flats are sold out in a given development.
